In this boxed track set review, we look at Micro Scalextric’s James Bond Quantum of Solace. The box art is cool enough to make you want to buy it. Enthusiasm fades some as assembly of balky track sections and then loose handling cars end the adventure. However, with a proper set of Super Tires to the rescue, the experience is recaptured. It’s all about the TIRES ! ! ! !

Since the wall wart was for British power, what was its actual output to the track?
Did you mess with the power hack to see what voltage was best for the cars?
I've never seen Scalextric HO scale cars. Are they similar to any of the other production HO cars in the hobby in design or performance?
